Memorandum of Association
of
THE INNAMINCKA STEAMSHIP
COMPANY, LIMITED.

First. The name of the Company is "THE INNAMINCKA STEAMSHIP COMPANY, LIMITED." And Donald MacDonald or his nominee of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Engineer, shall during his life and so long only as he shall be permanently resident in Hongkong and shall conduct himself with honesty, fidelity, efficiency and zeal in the Company's business and affairs and shall not be negligent in the Company's business and affairs be the Permanent General Manager of the Company, Provided the said Donald MacDonald or his nominee may at any time, on previously giving to the Company at least three calendar months' notice in writing of his wish so to do, resign the Permanent General Managership aforesaid.
Second. The Registered Office of the Company will be situate at Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong.
Third. The objects for which the Company is established
are :-
(1) To acquire and take over the Steamship "INNAMINCKA
and with a view therto to enter into the agreement referred to in Clause 3 of the Company's Articles of Association, and to carry the same into effect with or without modification.
